Part One: Knife Defense – Surviving an Encounter While Unarmed
You’re unarmed. Your attacker isn’t. They have a knife—and they’re within striking distance.
In this section, you’ll learn how to survive and fight back in one of the most dangerous close-combat scenarios. Knife attacks are often fast, unpredictable, and brutal. Our training breaks down the chaos and teaches you how to respond with purpose and control.
You will learn:
-
Footwork and positioning to reduce damage and improve your odds of survival
-
Closing the distance vs. creating space—when and how to do each based on the situation
-
Blocking, redirecting, and controlling the knife hand under dynamic pressure
-
Counterattacks to stop the threat and regain control
-
Realistic drills that simulate the speed and unpredictability of actual knife violence
The goal isn’t flashy disarms—it’s about survival, buying time, and doing what it takes to get out alive.
Part Two: Gun Threat Disarms – Close-Range Firearm Defense
Facing a firearm at close range is a terrifying and complex situation. In this segment, you’ll learn how to respond to gun threats with calm, calculated action.

Training focuses on:
-
Situational awareness and threat assessment
-
Understanding the psychology and intent of an armed assailant
